                                                    K.T. SANKARAN, J.

                           ...................................................................................

                                                C.R.P.No. 830 OF 2005

                           ...................................................................................

Dated this the 20th February, 2008

                                                            O R D E R

In spite of granting enough time on 31.08.2005 and 29.09.2005, the defects are

not cured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two weeks’ time may be

granted to cure the defects. I do not think that the prayer can be granted. Moreover,

the Civil Revision Petition is against dismissal of an application filed under Order

XXXIX Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which was confirmed in appeal. No

revision is maintainable against an order under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of the Code of

Civil Procedure.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.

K.T. SANKARAN,

JUDGE.
