Heard
learned APP Mr.A.J.Desai.

The
convict prisoner has filed this petition for releasing him on parole
leave which has been rejected by the IG Prisons. His appeal filed in
this Court is also dismissed. When he was released on parole leave in
1990, he has surrendered late by 5772 days. The police opinion is
also adverse. Hence, this petition is rejected.
