Heard learned counsel for petitioner , learned A.G.A and perused the record.

It is said that the FIR relating to case crime No. 34 of 2009 was lodged on
2.11.2009 under sections 498A/323 IPC and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition
Act , at Police Station Mahila Thana, district Gonda but no significant
progress has been made in the investigation.

Let counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the State indicating the exact
progress of the investigation.
