dated 3.9.2010 received from the District Collector, showing the
property and status of the applicant, Mr. Modi does not press the
present application to prefer Appeal as indigent person. But he
submitted that time may be granted to pay the court fees.

Under these
circumstances, the court fee shall be paid before 2nd
