state.

Petitioner is found in possession of a country

made pistol with two cartridges and is in custody since

19.9.2010, hence is allowed bail.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Smt. Ranjula Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, Ist

Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Chowk P. S.

Case No.112 of 2010, G.R.No.2120 of 2010.
