2 29.10.2010 Issue notice to opposite party no.2 to show cause as

to why anticipatory bail be not granted to the petitioner for

which requisites etc. both under registered cover with A/D as

well as ordinary process must be filed within one week failing

which the application shall stand rejected without further

reference to a bench.

In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken

against the petitioner.
