7. 23.06.2010 Perused the report at Flag ‘P’ stating therein

that Sessions Case in question has been disposed of by 9th

of April 2010.

That being so, the order of this court dated

19.5.2010 as with regard to direction to the District and

Sessions Judge, Samastipur is recalled.

The District and Sessions Judge however in

future is expected to be more careful in taking into

account the directions given by this Court as with regard

to expeditious disposal of the case.

With the aforementioned observation, the

record of this case is consigned.
