Sessions Judge, Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur as to why he has not

complied with the order dated 24.06.2011 of this Court and

furthermore, the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, District-

Bhagalpur is directed to send the case dairy running from Para-1 to 40

of Naugachia P.S. Case No. 132 of 2010 corresponding to Sessions

Trial No. 1189 of 2010 to this Court positively within a week from the

date of receipt of this order.

List the matter immediately after receipt of the same.
