Accordingly, the 2 nd Additional Sessions Judge,

Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur is directed to send the injury report of

injured Banti Singh @ Vinit Singh as well as present stage of trial of

Sessions Trial No. 1189 of 2010 arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case

No. 132 of 2010 to this Court positively within two weeks from the

date of receipt of this order and list the matter immediately after

receipt of the same within top twenty cases.
