counsel for the opposite parties.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite

parties, in which it has been stated that the order of this Court dated

09.08.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9051 of 2010 has already been

complied and a deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner and

possession of the premises has also been given to him.

In the said circumstances, this M.J.C. petition is

disposed of.
