3. 05.08.2011 Today, when the appeals were to be taken up along with this

death reference, learned lawyers for the appellants pointed out that

paper books have not yet been supplied to them. They had approached

the office, which informed them that only two sets of extra paper

books were prepared which have been given to an Amicus Curiae

appointed by the Court and one of the lawyers for the appellants. There

are 20 appeals with at least seven sets of lawyers appearing.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct the office to prepare at

least ten extra sets of complete briefs.

Let the complete sets of paper books be handed over to

office of Mr. Pushkar Narayan Shahi, Senior counsel, Mr. Krishna

Prasad Singh, Senior Counsel, Mr. Kanhiya Prasad Singh, Senior

Counsel, Mr. Ram Suresh Rai, Senior counsel, Mr. Ashok Kumar,

Adv., Mr. Sunil Kumar, Adv and Mr. Laxmi Kant Sharma, Adv.

Once the office serves complete copies of the briefs on the

counsels aforesaid, these cases be listed by office under the heading

“for orders” for fixing the date of hearing.

It is expected that the office would complete the process

within two weeks.
