4 27.07.2011. By filing supplementary affidavit the

petitioner submits that all the witnesses have been

examined except for the I.O. and the doctor. He submits

that on 11.5.2010 summons were issued for their

appearance but they did not appear and now the trial

court has fixed the next date as 13.9.2011 for their

appearance.

List this case on 14.9.2011 within top ten

cases.

In the meantime, call for a report from the

court of Addl Sessions judge I, Ara regarding the status

of Sessions Trial No. 399 of 2007, arising out of

Imadpur Police Station Case No. 21 of 2006.
