appearing for the parties that other matters involving

similar issues are already pending before the Division

Bench of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 5483 of 2001, C.W.J.C.

No. 1416 of 2002, C.W.J.C. No. 6760 of 2005.

As such, let this matter be placed under the

same heading for admission after disposal of the aforesaid

cases by the Division Bench.
