This interlocutory application had been

considered by order dated 18.11.2009 and an observation

was made for putting up this matter after ten months.

However, on perusal of the judgment and

reconsideration of the evidence on record, we do not feel

inclined to grant bail to appellant No.2 Ram Parvesh Singh

@ Ram Pravesh Singh for the present.

It is being rejected.
