05- 31.8.2010 Heard Mr. Kameshwar Prasad Gupta for the

petitioner, and Mr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned Standing

Counsel No.21 for the respondents. Learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the petitioner has been allocated to

the State of Jharkhand which renders the present writ

petition infructuous. In that view of the matter, as prayed,

this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
