The submission of learned counsel for

the petitioner is that case of petitioner stands

on better footing as that of co-accused Raja Ram

Singh who has already been allowed bail by a

Bench of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No. 14148/2011.

Taking that into consideration, the

above named petitioner is directed to be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Nayagaon P.S.

Case No. 5 of 2010.
