It is stated that appeal under Section 11 of U.P.C.H. Act is pending before
Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ballia since 2008. In case such appeal is
pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ballia, he is directed to
decide the same expeditiously after hearing the parties preferably within a
period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of the
order passed by this Court.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands disposed
of finally.
