ORDER

The
challenge in this petition is to order dated 14th March
2011 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Kheda at Nadiad
in Misc. Civil Application No. 23 of 2010. Though the petitioner has
not invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227, the
petition appears to be directed against the order of the subordinate
Court. Hence, the registry may examine and list the matter before
the appropriate Court.
