ORAL
ORDER

1. Rule.

Shri Dave, learned AGP and Shri Soni, learned AGP waives service of
notice of Rule on behalf of respondent State in each application. In
the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the
learned advocates for the respective parties, the applications are
taken up for final hearing today.

2. All
these applications have been preferred by the applicants-original
claimants to restore the main First Appeals, which came to be
dismissed for non prosecution for non appearance of the learned
advocate for the applicants at the time when it was taken up for
hearing on 17.1.2011.

3. Having
heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and
considering the averments in the applications and subject to payment
of cost, which is quantified at Rs.500/ – in each of the applications
to be deposited with the Registry of this Court within a period of
one week from today, present applications are allowed. All the First
Appeals are order to be restored to its original file. Learned
advocate for the applicant has assured that as and when appeals are
taken up for hearing they will be made available. On such deposit of
cost, Registry is directed to transmit the same to the Legal Services
Committee. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only in each
of the application.
