present Civil Application is filed for being impleading the heirs and
legal representatives of applicant Nos.4 and 4/1.
2. Rule.
Respective learned advocates waives service of rule.

advocate Mr.Patel states that no learned advocate is objecting to
this Civil Application as in some group of matters, some other
applications for bringing heirs on record are already allowed. This
application is allowed. It is clarified that allowing of this
application does not prejudicially affect the right of the
respondents to contend about heirship of the present applicants. Rule
is made absolute.
