ORDER
The
applicant-prisoner has preferred this application to grant parole
leave for a period of 21 days on the ground for arranging finance for
the cesarean of his daughter. It is further submitted that no other
person is there in the family except the applicant to take care of
his daughter who has recently undergone cesarean. It is further
submitted that in the past the applicant has enjoyed parole and
furlough leave and also released on temporary bail but all the time
the applicant has surrendered in time and his jail record is without
any blemish.
Considering
all the above aspects, jail record of the applicant, I am inclined to
grant parole leave for a period of two weeks to the applicant so that
he can make financial arrangement for the expenses of the cesarean
of his daughter. The applicant is ordered to be enlarged on parole
for a period of two weeks by furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/-
(Rupees Two Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority.
