The matter is taken up today.

It reveals from the perusal of record that application moved by the petitioner
under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has not been filed though it has been argued that
the order passed by learned Sessions Judge is illegal because it was not
necessary to implead the deceased Ram Autar as no relief was sought against
him and he was merely Power of Attorney holder.

He seeks one week’s time to file certified copy of application under Section
145 Cr.P.C.
