JUDGMENT
Kurian Joseph,J.
The parties are present. Thanks to the effective
conciliation made by Smt.Zohara, the parties have arrived at a
settlement with regard to their disputes in the following terms:-
(1) The petitioner submits that she may be permitted to live
with her daughter Beena. Smt.Beena, who is present before this
court, whole-heartedly welcomes her. Therefore, the parties
shall stay together.
(2) Sri.Sasidharan is permitted to continue the visitorial
rights over his child born in Beena, Baby Sangamithra.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above
settlement. We direct the parties to contact the conciliator
Smt.Zohara in case they require any assistance and Smt.Zohara
submits that she is only happy to extend such services. In view
of the settlement as above we find that it has become
unnecessary for the parties to continue O.P.No.378/2008 on the
W.P(C)No.15769 of 2008

file of the Family Court, Kozhikode. Therefore, O.P.No.378/2008
is struck off from the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode.
