Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State and perused the record.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there
are two cases against the applicant in the gang chart in which he
has been bailed out.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions
made by learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and
without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the
applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Chandu @ Chandrabhan involved in Case Crime
No. 1404 of 2009, under Section-2/3 of the U.P. Gangster and Anti
Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.-Jakhora, District-
Lalitpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and
two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court
concerned.
