be heard with Slp.C.A. No.11071/93.

Ad-interim
order is continued.

It
is pertinent to note that the issue involved in the present petition
is squarely covered by the decision rendered in Special
Civil Application No.11071 of 1993. However, as the learned
advocate for the petitioner
prays for time. Hence, the matter is adjourned to 07th
April 2010.
