ORDER

The
present petition is filed by the present petitioners complaining
about non listing of the students in alphabetical order.

2. Mr.Mitul
K. Shelat, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-University
makes a statement, on instructions from the Registrar of the
respondent-University, that the University has started listing of the
students in alphabetical order. He further submits that this
practice will be continued in future. In view of that, the grievance
of the petitioners does not survive. The petition is disposed of
accordingly. Notice is discharged. Interim relief is vacated.
