It appears that the Settlement Officer of Consolidation has remanded the
matter before Consolidation Officer to decide the case on merit, against which
petitioner’s revision has been dismissed giving rise cause of action of instant
writ petition. In given facts and circumstances of the case since the rights of
parties have not been finally adjudicated by now, therefore, no interference at
this stage is called for. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
