6 26.09.2011 Learned counsels for the petitioner, the State and
the Bihar Public Service Commission are present.
From perusal of paragraph 3 of the show cause
filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, it appears that
the case of the petitioner along with others for absorption
is under active consideration and it was expected to be
finalized soon. The said affidavit was sworn on 10th
December, 2010.
In this view of the matter, learned counsel
appearing for the opposite party no.2 prays for six weeks
time to file the supplementary show cause.
As prayed for, put up this matter after six weeks
to enable filing of the supplementary show cause specially
in the light of paragraph 3 of the show cause already filed
on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
