learned APP for the respondent-State.

It
appears from the record that on earlier occasion the application for
grant of parole was rejected on the ground that notification for
election of local authorities was in force. Now, the election for
local authorities is over and, therefore, the authority shall decide
the application of the applicant afresh in accordance with law within
a period of three weeks from today.

With
the aforesaid, this application is disposed of.
