ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.M.KAPADIA)

1. Mr.

LB Dabhi, learned APP for
the respondent – State of Gujarat, upon
instructions received from Mr. VV Rana, PSI of Ichhapur Police
Station, Surat City, who is personally present in the Court, states
that intensive efforts are going on to find out corpus Rekhaben –
daughter of the petitioner and in this connection, police officials
have visited Mathura, Uttar Pradesh twice and they have collected
some evidence from there. They have recorded statement of Sarpanch
of Rajvirsing of village Raipurgadhi of Tal & Dist: Mathura, who
has stated before them that corpus Rekha has married to Pramodkumar
Chaudhari on 5.4.2010 at Mathura and he has received the documents of
marriage between corpus Rekha and Pramodkumar Chaudhari through
postman, which he has handed over to him. However, the police
officials could not trace out the corpus. He therefore, states that
some more time is required to find out the corpus, so that the police
officials can again visit to village Raipurgadhi of Tal & Dist:
Mathura to trace out the corpus. He therefore, prays to adjourn the
matter.

2. The
prayer made by Mr. LB Dabhi, learned APP for respondent – State
of Gujarat has not been opposed by Mr. YV Vaghela, learned advocate
for the petitioner.

3. Hence,
by consent, matter is adjourned to 17.1.2011.
