Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
I do not find any reason to quash the proceedings of S. S. T. No. 95 of 2010,
under Section 7 (1) (A) (D.A.A.) Act, and 394 I.P.C., P.S. Shamshabad,
District Agra pending in the Court of Special Judge (D.A.A.) Act.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
