Referring to the supplementary affidavit filed by the Official
Liquidator, it is submitted that the notice was published in the newspapers as
per the order dated 14th October 2011, fixing 18/11/2011 as the date for
hearing, but nobody appears.
In the circumstances, the notice on defendant nos. 1 and 2 is
accepted as valid.
Put up this case on 13th January 2012 for exparte hearing and
disposal, if possible.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the Official Liquidator.
