The recovery of a country made pistol and a

cartridge was made from the possession of the petitioner. The

petitioner is in custody since 10.4.2010, considering which, let

the petitioner, Chhotelal Mahto be directed to be released on

furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri

S.K.Srivastava, J.M.Ist Class, Purnea or his successor in office

in Purnea Sadar P.S.Case No. 113 of 2010.
