The present interlocutory application has

been filed for bail on behalf of sole appellant.

As per the allegation in evidence, the

appellant has killed his own brother.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer

for bail was rejected on 06.09.2010. The prayer for bail

is again rejected.
