4. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner
there was no motive or pre–meditation and only in connection
with borrowing loan of R350/– the incident has taken place.
Since there is a specific overt act against this petitioner in
causing the death of the deceased by assaulting with the sickle,

it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

5. Accordingly, petition is disnrtissed.
