It
is stated that the bail was already granted to the petitioner but in
the circumstances wherein the guarantor could not remain present, the
bail was cancelled. Now the petitioner is ready to furnish guarantor.
In that view of the matter, propriety demands that one more
opportunity should be afforded to the petitioner to furnish the bail
bonds. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Fast
Track Court, Sabarkantha at Himmatnagar is directed to consider the
case of the petitioner for bail and pass necessary orders in
accordance with law. With this observation, this application is
disposed of.
