Hon'ble Satyendra Singh Chauhan,J.

Learned Standing Counsel states that vide order dated 28.4.2010 opposite
party no.3-the SDM, was directed to appear before this Court and he has made
all possible efforts to secure his attendance but in spite of that neither the
SDM has responded to the order of this Court nor he has appeared before this
Court.

In these circumstances, let bailable warrant be issued against the opposite
party no.3 to appear before this Court on 07.07.2010.
