ORDER
1. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties have been settled outside the Tribunal. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that consequent to the settlement he has signed the agreement but not received a copy of the same. Counsel for the respondent submits that the copy of the agreement will be given in a day.
2. Recording the above statement this petition is disposed of accordingly.
