Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 22.7.2006

passed by the learned Court below whereby an application filed by the petitioner

for setting aside of ex-parte decree of divorce dated 16.8.2004 was dismissed.

Considering the fact that the order was passed more than three

years back, the present petition is dismissed on account of delay in latches.
