Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for consideration of
his representation for grant-in-aid to the Institution. It is contended
that petitioner fulfills all the requirement and has submitted all
papers along with the representation in pursuance to Government
Order dated 31.3.1994. The representation was made on
25.11.2009 and is still pending.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to the Director, Harijan Evam Samaj
Kalyan, Lucknow to consider and decide petitioner’s
representation for grant-in-aid as expeditiously as possible and
preferably within three months’ strictly in accordance with law.
