Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
The petition is pending. If the appellants are aggrieved by their
non-joinder in the writ petition, they may move an application for
impleading them as respondents in the writ petition, and thereafter
an application for vacating the order impugned herein.
In the light of that, application for leave to file appeal stands
rejected. Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed.
However, it will be open to the appellants herein to challenge the
order of the Joint Director of Education staying the proceedings
dated 31st July, 2010.
