against the impunged judgment dated 05/7/2010,
passed in Writ Petition No.28866/2010, this appeal
as well as another Special Appeal No.1166 of 2010,
Jai Dev Singh Vs. State of U.P. & Ors., has been
filed. He submits that this appeal has been
nominated to this Bench presided by one of us
(Hon’ble Ashok Bhushan,J) and Special Appeal
No.1166 of 2010, has been nominated to the Bench
presided over by Hon’ble R.K.Agarwal,J. It is in the
fitness of things that both the appeals having been
filed against the same judgment, be heard by one
Bench.
Put up this appeal along with Special Appeal
No.1166 of 2010, for appropriate orders before
Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
