The petitioners are aggrieved by the communication dated 8th
January, 2010 by which the District Inspector of Schools,
Mahamaya Nagar has required the petitioners to include the names
of two Class IV employees in the salary bills otherwise action, in
accordance with law shall be taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said two
employees are not entitled for payment of salary.

If this be so, it is for the petitioners to place the correct position
before the District Inspector of Schools. At present, no order
adverse to the petitioners has been passed. The petition is
premature. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
