It is stated by Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the
respondents that fresh elections of the Committee of Management
of the Institution were held on 25th October, 2009 and the
signatures of the Manager were attested on 18th February, 2010.

The petition has, therefore, been rendered infructuous. It is,
accordingly, dismissed.
