This petition seeks the quashing of the order dated 7th January,
2010 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Muzaffar Nagar.

A perusal of the said order indicates that it has been passed since
the dispute about the Committee of Management is pending before
the Regional Committee.

Sri P.S. Baghel, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the rival
Committee of Management points out that pursuant to the
directions issued by this Court on 19th August, 2009 in Writ
Petition No. 42529 of 2009 the Regional Committee has taken a
decision on 22nd December, 2009.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the
petitioners to challenge the said order in case they are so advised.
