The question raised in the present appeal was considered by this Court in
Wealth Tax Appeal No.(98) of 2007 The Commissioner of Wealth Tax,
Muzaffarnagar and another Vs. Shri Surendra Verma. The said appeal has
been dismissed vide order dated 16th February, 2010.
In view of above, present appeal is also dismissed.
