This Court has issued
notice on 26.7.2010 making it returnable on 16.8.2010. Since the
notice was not served matter was adjourned twice. Now the office
endorsement shows that the premises is closed since long.

In the above view of the
matter, Ms.Mauna Bhatt, learned Standing Counsel requests the Court
to issue fresh notice and department may be permitted to serve the
respondent through substituted service. Accordingly, fresh notice be
issued making it returnable on 4.10.2010. It is open for the
department to serve the respondent through substituted service.
