ORDER

Heard
the learned advocate for the applicant. Considering the submissions
and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow the
application for restoration of the Tax Appeal, provided the applicant
deposits an amount of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand only] as costs
with the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority within 02 [two] weeks
from today. In case the applicant deposits the aforesaid amount and
produces the receipt of the same on record, this application for
restoration of the Tax Appeal shall stand allowed.

Application
for restoration stands disposed of accordingly.
