this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of four
days caused in preferring Tax Appeal Stamp No. 2507 of 2010.

Heard
Ms.Mauna R Bhatt, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the applicant.

Despite
service of rule, none appears for the respondent.

Having
regard to the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has
been made out so as to condone the delay caused in preferring the Tax
Appeal.

The
application, therefore, is allowed. Delay of four days caused in
preferring the Tax Appeal is hereby condoned.

Rule
is made absolute accordingly.
