The
matter was called out twice. In absence of Shri Harin P.Raval,learned
Assistant Solicitor General, the matter was passed over as requested
by learned junior colleague of Shri Raval. When the matter was called
out on the third occasion,learned junior colleague of Mr.Raval stated
that Mr.Y.N.Ravani was in-charge of the matter and he was to appear.
Mr.Ravani’s appearance is not on record and the Board shows name of
only Mr.Raval.

In
the circumstances, in absence of any one appearing for the appellant,
the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Notice discharged.
